Yes cannabis causes psychotic effect, of course it's obvious. And yes I support its legalization however we should educate first before we push through its legalization as most of our countrymen are still ignorant about it. In short, educate first before we campaign to legalize. But as HB 180 is already in the house of the representative then so be it.
