This meme seems a bit silly to me. I mean, I don't see Canada being significantly less religious than the U.S. (but then I don't know how they are defining this).

Likewise, what is meant by "peaceful"? How is that measured in this context?

Incidentally, I looked at the "Religion in Canada" and "Religion in the United States" articles on Wikipedia and they measure them in completely different ways. For instance, Canada has one "Christian" category whereas the U.S. has several (Catholicism, Protestantism, etc.). Also, Canada has a category called 'no religion' whereas the U.S. does not but does have categories for 'atheism', 'agnosticism', and even 'nothing in particular'. while Canada does not. The U.S. has more Christians and Jews than Canada while Canada has more Muslims and Hindus (in terms of percentages...the U.S. has 10 times as many people so I'm sure it has more of everything by absolute numbers).
