Whenever its time for procurement of materials, This guy will abandon his work and travel to another province of the country where he can buy these materials, on arrival there is no specific place/shop where he can get his materials so he will move from shop to shop and when he eventually find one, he is faced with how to select/identify good materials amidst so many fake/substandard ones, and after that comes the hassle of price negotiations before thinking about moving it back to his location. At some point in time, He considered involving an agent to help him in procurement, but it wasn't a good experience for him as the agent made away with his money.
I listened to him some times as he lament even other challenges he is facing, only then I realized that there is need for disruption and the time is now and with SyncFab which seems to have the solutions.
