Manna token accumulation #2
Part of the strategy of building value for manna is by holding other tokens in an effort to catch the appreciation of their pricing.
Steem offers the opportunity to add to our holdings simply by utilizing the platform. Along with everyone else on here, we are excited about the introduction of the Smart Media Tokens.
Thus far, we are able to accumulate a number of other tokens outside of steem. Here is what our present holdings on the Steem blockchain look like.
Our goal is to keep adding to these token accounts along with other SMT opportunities as they become available. We see enormous potential in this blockchain and many of the applications that are appearing.
Over time, we feel this will provide a solid baseline value backing the manna token.

This is definitely a beautiful project, and I feel like any upvotes we make here DO help support something bigger.
Have you ever considered the possibility of developing some kind of system by which people on Steemit could directly BUY Manna with Steem? As in, I send you 10 Steem, and the equivalent value ends up in my Manna account?
Manna could put the Steem into SP and it would keep earning value, while an ongoing flow of "external" demand for Manna might help boost the value of the token.

We did look into it and were told to stay away from that. That puts us too close to the money exchange laws which, as a US non profit, completely changes our standing. In the past, we did do a donation program where people who donated some STEEM to us did receive Manna in return.
We are seeking to get on other exchange so we can enhance people's access to Manna.
You could turn Manna into a SMT and that way Steem users can buy Manna with steem directly
