Do you have a Grantcoin wallet? If so, read this today.

Grantcoin wallets will no longer be fully functional after May 19. On that date, block 1,100,000 of the Manna blockchain (formerly Grantcoin) is expected to be reached. When that happens, the Grantcoin wallet software may not be able to send transactions into the updated blockchain. If you try to send coins from a Grantcoin wallet after that time, you may lose your coins.

To avoid this problem, here are instructions for transferring your Grantcoin into a Manna wallet, where it will automatically become Manna.

For most Grantcoin users, sending your coins into your Mannabase web wallet will be the easiest way to complete the transition to Manna.

For more technical users, you can send Grantcoin to a Manna Qt wallet address. Manna Qt wallets are available for download on Mannabase (beta versions), and on GitHub (latest version for Windows). If you want to compile your own wallet, here is our updated source code.

Note: Private keys from Grantcoin wallets are still valid, and will continue to be valid for import into Manna Qt wallets at any time. If you have already backed up all your private keys on paper, you don't need to take any action before May 19.
