MANGA WITH HIPON

This is what I had for my vacant time early this noon. This is the combination of unripe mango and small shrimps. It is famous here in the Philippines a great appetizer.

I only had 1 mango with a little bit of shrimp which I brought from local vendors here in our place. For many Filipino this combination is a really mouth watering and really wanted for a break time snack. The saltiness of the shrimp and sourness of the unripe mango perfectly blends in.
