The fading of the flame -Kingdom Chapter 548 and 549 review

The chapter opens up with Shin and Gyou'un trading blows trading blows as Shin proves himself worthy of wielding Ouki's glaive. Though Gyou'un is questioning whether Shin has the "Strength of a man". We then move over to what can be considered as a last ditch effort by Kyoukai as she is trying to coerce the enemy into running into a full frontal assault.
The next chapter really reminds everyone of how just how much of a beast kyoukai really is as she is cutting down men left and right, however the enemy has figured out her weakness. As they indeed try to rush her while she is trying to recover her breath. What transpires is like scene straight out of Hellsing ultimate as we see kyoukai standing over the bodies of her enemies and comrades. It was then that Gyou'un realizes his mistakes and stops underestimating the HI Shin Unit, this may not bode well for them as this means that from tomorrow there shall be no more hesitation. This could go anyway but it looks to lean more towards Gyou'un as his isn't 100 percent at using his glaive. However he does claim that he knows how to use it now.

my personal opinion is that he should recognize his own path and stop using Ouki's glaive as he is known as a swordsman and he is trying to create his own legacy and not just follow in Ouki's footsteps. Very akin to what Renpa said to him earlier on in the story.

Overall they were pretty simple chapters and i cant wait to see what happens next week.
