Inspection 检查

It is indeed necessary to inspect because whatever expected has to be inspected. However, most people probably don’t enjoy inspection since it is like being examined for possible fault. It is helpful to conduct inspection for mutual benefits as well as for the progress of a company or organisation.

First, inspection is for the fulfilment of mutual responsibilities. If two persons are involved, one is the superior and the other subordinate, it is vital for them to accept that it is their joint responsibility to come up to the required standard of either a service rendered or a completed product. Therefore, the superior plays the role of inspection to help ensure the subordinate to come up with service or product according to the required standard.

Second, it is for achievement that they both are being assessed and rewarded. In this scenario, they both are accountable to their higher authority or the clients.

Third, it is an empowering and learning process. The superior is to empower the subordinate to do the job better, whereas, the latter is to learn with humility.

The three points as mentioned above are certainly not comprehensive guidelines for mutual-beneficial inspection. However, they are viable to foster a relational inspection.

检查确实是必要的因为任何的期望都需要被检视。然而，大多数的人恐怕都不会亨受检查因为那如同是被寻找毛病。其实进行检查是可以使双方並公司或组织得益。

首先，检查是要完成彼此的责任。如果两个人参与，即上级和下级，他们必须接受是他们共同的责任去达到無論是服务还是產品规格。而上级是扮演检查角色以協助及保证下级会达到所需的规格。

第二，检查是为要达到成果，並且双方均受到评固及能獲奖。在此情况下，双方都需要向上司或顾客负责。

第三，这也是一个使人得力及学习的过程。上级要使下级得力把工作做得更好，而下级也能谦卑学习。

上述三方面肯定不是全面性有关彼此獲益的检查指标。無論如何，它们是可以实行和具有人際关系的检查。
