Cycle of Development 發展循环

Whichever organisation and company that desires to grow in quality and quantity must continuously go through cycle of development. And there are seven steps within a cycle.

The first step is to survey regarding the current condition of the organisation pertaining to its targeted goal or vision.

The second step is to analyse the survey conducted. For example, if the survey is in terms of data, then the analysis or interpretation of the data serves to uncover the underlying factors of the results.

The third step is to plan according to the known condition of the organisation. That is to come up with relevant plan to improve the quality or to attain higher quantity depending whatever is the more urgent need．

Having a plan without being implemented is indeed useless. Thus, the fourth step is to implement the plan adopted.

Then the fifth step is to monitor the implementation and progress. Often the people concerned do not carry out what is expected unless it is inspected.

The sixth step is to report to the boss or those within the team regarding the progress or adjustment needed for follow up.

Having completed the first sixth steps, then it is a time to celebrate about the progress and achievement. And this is the seventh step which is necessary to keep the team motivated for further challenge.

The eighth step is actually back to the first or beginning step for another cycle of development. Thus, the cycle of development being conducted continuously is necessary and it serves the purpose of running an effective and relevant organisation or company.

任何期望加強质素及增加数额的组织和公司必须持续的推行發展循环。而通常一个發展循环具有七个步骤。

第一步即是调查以了解组织根据其目标及愿景之现况。

第二步是要分析调查结果。例如调查是使用数据，分析或解读有关数据能够發现造成现状的潜在因素。

第三步是根据组织之实际现状计划。那即是要産生实用的计划来改善质素或是增加数额。

有了计划而不加以实行其实是没有用的。所以第四步是要实行已经接受的计划。

接着的第五步是監视在实行中的计划进展。经常人不一定会进行所期望的事除非会受到检查。

第六步是就进展或在跟进时必须作调整而向上司或团队作報告。

如果已经完成了上述的六个步骤，就要因为有进展及所达成的进行庆祝。而这也是必须进行的第七步以促使团队积极地面対下一步的挑战。

至於第八步也即是重复循环的第一步或称为再度开始。持续进行發展循环是必要的，因为如此才能有効地经营公司或组织以达成目的。
