As it is clearly seen in a white shirt, a black spots fall. Similarly, if one person does a bad job after doing good work all the time, that black shirt clearly shows in the white shirt on his carrier
It is not easy to get rid of the black spots in the opposite shirt as opposed to it. It is not so easy to be seen in the eyes of a bad person. On the other hand, if there is a white spot in the entire black shirt it can be understood from a distance
