Coconut balls
I will be sharing a recipe of the most delicious snack to have with a cup of tea or coffee. They are called coconut balls. It is so simple to make and tastes excellent!
Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter
2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
coconut
Method:
Beat the butter and sugar well. Then add beaten egg yolks. Add flour and form a soft dough (whip the egg white) Make round balls and dip in the egg whites the roll it in some desiccated coconut, bake and enjoy!
