Aqua – Blue Eye Makeup | Photo Tutorial 3#
First off, aqua blues – to pastel blues eyeshadow shades are also
a new makeup trend for 2018.
And as you might know, if a color gets a new trend, you can use it in various ways and how it shows up in your own specific manner.
So, today I would like to share with you my piece of art and with what I came up with. I also use some holographic glitter because I thought this would go flawlessly together.
Step 1: Prime your lids.
To start off, you can use your favorite eye primer and blend it in with your finger or a brush. Make asure to give it a chance to dry before you're applying whatever else.
Step 2: Apply transition shade.
Going for a very light blue in my crease and also blend it a little upwards towards the brows. This will be my transition shade and my guideline. Using a fluffy blending brush will be your best friend.
Step 3: Lower Lash Line.
Apply the same light blue shade on your lower lash line with a flat eyeshadow brush.
Step 4: Add depth.
Now for the second shade, I have picked a deeper turquoise shade. Placing it in your crease, at the outer corner of your eye and on your lower lash line. Right underneath your lashes. This will add depth to the aqua – blue eye makeup. Taking the same fluffy brush from before or you could use a denser brush for this action.
Step 5: add some shimmer.
For the mobile lid, you can go as shimmery or glittery as you like! I’ve chosen a shimmery eyeshadow for the mobile lid. I sprayed some setting spray into the shimmery eyeshadow, along these lines I can get a considerable measure of product and apply it with my finger onto the lid.
(It didn’t show off as much as I would like to…)
Step 6: Add blue to your waterline.
This will give you a full on aqua eye makeup if you’re adding some blue to your waterline.
Use your pinky to pull down the lower lid with the goal that you will have the capacity to see your waterline. Now you can deliberately include some shading.
Step 7: Add some blue eyeliner.
I haven’t applied enough of blue :’) It’s my favorite color!
Instead of creating black winged eyeliner, I have used a Rock crystal blue eyeliner pen to create a beautifully winged eyeliner.
Step 8: Glitter Glue.
Take a small brush like a lip brush and add some glue to the inner corner of your eye. Be careful! -> do not get this in your eye.
Step 9: Gliiitttttteer!
Pick up some glitter with the same small brush that you’ve used before and place this into the inner corner of your eye.
Step 10: Add a few coats of mascara.
Step 11: Highlighting.
Use a beautiful highlighter and place this on the high points of your face. Like brow bone, nose, and cheekbones. Taking a fluffy brush to apply it to larger areas.
Step 12: Lips.
Natural lipstick for this look will be the best! Go for a natural lip shade and apply this to your lips. You can use your finger to blend it into the lips without making any harsh lines.
