Just joined MSP earlier today. Can't wait until I have the SP to delegate so I can become eligible for this. So much opportunity in the Steemit community for artists to thrive and get paid for what they do :) Thanks for putting in all the work to make this happen!
Absolutely! Until you have the SP to participate, feel free to network and enjoy the other benefits that MSP offers- there are a ton of them, along with some awesome people!
