HOW TO MAKE A PEANUT BUTTER (SIMPLIFIED METHOD)
HERE WE GO
In this very method you can either use a roasted almond seeds or raw almond seeds which ever you like, but the roasted seed breaks down to butter faster.
If you would like to use the roasted almond seeds then you have to slightly roast your almond seeds,
Note: don't burn the almond seeds,
If you wish to use the raw one (without roasting it) no problem.
STEP 1
- Get your almond seeds/nuts put them in a electric blender.
- STEP 2
Close the blender with its cover to avoid the nuts from splitting out, now switch on the blender.
- STEP 3
At this very moment the blender will start spinning, ofcourse the nuts will start jugging up and down, there by making some noise, just keep the blender spinning,
After the first 10-20minutes it will form a crunchy grainy paste, but its not done yet, keep the blender spinning.
- STEP 4
After 30-40 minutes, the nuts should have start forming a smooth paste, exercise some little patients, you're almost there
- STEP 5
Afrer an hour the almond seeds/nuts will turn to a very smooth paste, just like the image below.
Congratulations, your almond butter is ready to use, pour the butter into a glass container and store in the refrigerator.
