Thanks for the comment. The card has no creases and has minimal sleeve wear on the back. Unfortunately the edges were nicked due it being in a crap rare box and bouncing around.
Hope you sleeved it up quickly. I remember going through a junk box of C/UC cards I bought from ebay and pulling a stack of Antiquities out. At the time, they were of little value but with the reserved list shooting through the roof and even non-RL cards going crazy they are great now. I stashed them away and still have them.
