My post disappeared, what hapend?

Hi,

I worked at a post for 1 hour, and when I pressed the POST button, the loader appeared, i waited and after ~10s the page refreshed and went to hot or trending. Is a known bug or I did something wrong? My post was about features of Python.
I am sad:(.
