    Narcissistic personality disorder is very interesting. Although they appear arrogant and over confident, in reality, they are not happy with themselves and need constant reassurance.

    Yep, good point. There's more to the personality disorder than being self-obsessed. I'm lucky that I don't have a lot of experience in dealing with narcissists, but anyone who wants to know how that feels should check out https://www.reddit.com/r/raisedbynarcissists/
