The title is maybe a little bit confusing but I'm not asking to follow me on steemit but to follow me with the methode to reduce alcohol consumption. Together is better than alone.
And I 'm gone explaine how?

WHY ?

I' m not too fat but loosing a few kilo's will make me happier.(Especially my belly)
When I drink alcohol every day I ' m not sleep very well. Sometimes my heart is ticking a little bit faster during a small period of the night . So I decided to reduce the alcohol consumption. But how can I do it the best way .
But first .

How much alcohol do I consume ?

During the workweek :

From monday till thursday :
07:00 1 coffee
08:00 - 17:30 1 L water
18:00 at home 1 Strong beer 8,5 % 33cl during my meal.
19:00 after little houshold 1 more beer.
20:30 1 beer again . more than 1 hour between the beers is not much.
But this mean 3 beers a day.
3 Beers x 4 day's = 12 Strong beers

Friday I work till 12 O'clock. So my first beer will be at about 14:00. I have 4 beers till 22:00.
The weekend is the same as friday.

4 Beers x 3 day's = 12 Strong beers

Total: 24 beers = almost 8 L a week
For a month will this be a lot of beer: 96 beers and 31 L

That's a lot of beer !!

What I'm gone do about this !

I want to start with 1 alcohol free day /week. One day less is about 12 beers and 4 L /week. It will be also good for the wallet.
I want to declare Monday Alcohol Free Day ( # mafd ).
After a while we maybe can have 2 day's a week.
But I don't want to rush , so I start with 1 day / week.

I start today with a selfmade tea:


6 spoons Chamomile.
5 sugars
1 L boiled water.
Let it cool and put it afterwards in the fridge.
