It is Damselfly, not Dragonfly, because it has wings closed at rest. I'm not biologist, just did a research when I was making similar post :)

Thanks for info! :) I noticed this one is much more smaller, but I thought it is still little, not fully grown up dragonfly. To be honest I don't know much about dragonfly's, but is very good to learn something new everyday :)
