Caterpillar

This is another one of my macro photography experiments. This is a caterpillar that was creeping along on one of the wheel covers on my motorhome

For this photo I used a 85 mm prime lens attached to a 49 mm extension tube. Focus is achieved by moving the whole camera close to the subject. There's a pretty shallow depth of field, so what you get is pretty much hit or miss.
