RECENTLY, I entered this photo for a competition on Steemit and, not knowing better, made improper tagging choices.

Let's try again, shall we?

Bites from a green mamba are rare but believe me, this snake's neurotoxic venom can quite easily kill.

Reported deaths in KwaZulu-Natal are very low due to this species habitat choice - they prefer tree tops near coastal areas and rarely ever venture inland.
