Cute Tiny Bug

There are billions of animals found in this world, each has unique beauty and characteristic. take a look what I got today, actually I dont know what kind of animal it is. I have never found before. its size is very tiny and couldn't be seen in naked eyes.

At glance, It look like a cake, but it is not. I tried to search many sources at internet about the name of this animal, is it a caterpilar, bug or ...??maybe some of you know the name of this cute animal. Let me know if you do.

Its color is yellow in dominent combined with black striped. it stick and hang on the stem of the plant.
