The Housefly

Photos of This creatures are not easily taken with moving cameras, sorry i had to cripple mine.
There are over 300 species of housefly present, mine is just one in hundreds that feeds on mostly soft and suckable organic matter, ranging from ripe fruits to domestic sewages, they are heterotrophic and feed by pouring saliva to extracellularly digest their meal and then suck it up using their long coiled proboscis or mouth tube.

They serve as prey to so many predators ranging through wall geckos, spiders, lizards, birds and grasshoppers etc. but despite their high mortality rates they tend to exist in large numbers due their ability to reproduce in great numbers. You can click this link to read more about this creature.
