Good morning, afternoon or evening. Wherever and whenever you may be tuning in, greetings. Are you well? A suggestion I thought I would share. Turn it off. Just turn it all off and do something you enjoy. If you're limited, let it go and do something different.
Dust off a book
Do some sketches
Play an instrument
Go for a walk
Look at the stars
Cloud watch
Meditate
Stretch
Do some yoga
Try some deep breathing
Or don't :) It's your world
