Pecel pitik menggunakan bahan utama ayam kampung yang masih muda. Setelah disembelih, ayam kampung dicetak lalu dipanggang secara utuh. Api harus dijaga agar daging ayam tidak gosong dan matang merata.pecel pitik

Pecel pitik using the main ingredients of young chickens. After slaughter, the chicken is printed and then baked whole. Fire should be kept so that the chicken is not charred and cooked evenly.
