Macau 2017 Legislature election

Macau is going to hold the 6th Legislature election since the handing over back to PRC. The election is tomorrow September 17, 2016. There are total of 33 seats; 14 seats by direct election, 12 seats by indirect election and 7 seats to be appointed. Total number of qualified people who can cast a vote is around 277,000. It is going to be a very tight and fierce fight between the old and young, established and the new-comer after the disaster happened about three weeks ago. Typhoon Hato made a direct hit of Macau and many people blamed the government, the established legislators for not taking precautionary actions and they are also not happy with the way the government handle the aftermath. Many people are still trying to recover their loss and loved ones. Will post what will happen on Monday on the election results.
