I think everyone has “lust” . Even great sages and Devta could not contain lustful feelings.
We all know about Devaraj Indra getting carried away by lust for Devi Ahilya.
So, the problem is not with lust, the problem starts when it starts controlling us.
In order to control lust, one must practice self control.
It's all about channelling our energies for a greater cause, for a good purpose.
Tips to control lust-
Avoid temptations, don't watch explicit content. Don't even read or talk anything which can trigger lustful feelings.Keep yourself busy. Cultivate some hobby, like reading, exercise and gardening. Keep doing that until you get your mind diverted.Practice meditation and breathing techniques. They help a lot in achieving a peaceful and controlled mind.Read some holy books or chant some mantras. It helps to develop spiritual energy and remove negativity.
Lust can only be controlled, not completely eradicated. So live a disciplined life and practice self control.
I have one story that is related with it.
Once I read a story about Akbar and Birbal .
Once Akbar goes to Birbal’s home and finds Birbal was not there and was asked to wait a bit for his return by his wife .
Akbar finds Birbal’s wife very attractive and she somehow figured it out. Being a wife of a very smart man , she presents two glasses of water before Akbar . The one is made of gold and the other one of copper .
Akbar : What is this? Why two glasses? They both contain water!!!
Birbal’s wife : Which one would you like to have my king?

Akbar : What ?! Does it matters ? The thing inside them is same!
Birbal’s wife : Exactly my king! Some women look attractive and some do not . But it doesn't matters as all of them have one brain , one heart and all of the things the another one has.
Akbar gets ashamed of his thinking and gets out of Birbal’s home .

And of course .... masturbation about which you wrote in the previous article. Read scientific articles on how to achieve a healthy balance of hormones in your body and be healthy. I am a biologist with a scientific degree and know a little about how a person works - we are ordinary animals and breeding for us is the main goal of existence. However, we are very many and we are destroying the planet, so we must deceive nature - we must mate, but be protected from reproduction!

But I think there are more Big issues there than these Points Like As You know the Amount of Rape cases are increasing rapidly this is all because of lust in us.
I know lust is important aspect for human nature but the thing is it should be in limited amount otherwise it can bring a huge Distruction.
As we see in newses that a little child got raped By an old man.
These are the negative things which held in our society which is not a good thing.

Oh yeah! I certainly agree! The author of the article is from India and I know that a huge number of acts of sexual violence are registered in India. But I believe that this is primarily due to the fact that society calls you to restrain from your needs. You abstain for a long time and at some point your hormones just drive you crazy and then you will not be able to control yourself anymore.

Sir both the things right as we r human and should not push our feelings but to some extent.

@luckys Bhai as you know its a human nature that a guy get lust after seeing a girls figure. it can't be controlled as we all know that opposite charges attract each other according to since.
but as a sensible human being we must control on ourselves otherwise there will be no difference between an Animal and a human being.
