What a very interesting "art form." Or functional, if you will. They almost look like turned over kiddie pools... as a boat, I wouldn't want to be in one unless it were on millpond calm water!
yeah it doesn't make a great deal of sense as a seafaring vessel but when I see the lifeguards using them there does seem to be some sort of system to it. For me, I feel as though I would be falling overboard all the time or just spinning in circles since it does seem to be a 1-person thing.
