Here's my Beginner! - Super Mario! entry for @tonyr's #ltdwf - Learn To Draw With Friends - Week Five! - #ltdwf! - 45 SBD in Prizes To Be Won!!
Below are my 6 process pictures. I began by tracing the outline with a 2B pencil, then began filling the black outline in. Whilst colouring in the rest I accidentally started colouring the right eye with black, which didn't rub out very well.

An excellent process post to show how you went about creating your entry @kiokizz. While most people might think that tracing the outline is cheating in some way they would be very wrong as it is a very useful tool when learning to draw and helps to build an understanding of proportion etc. It shouldn't be used all the time but as a learning tool it is very good. Even some professional artists use this technique and I use it myself at times as a means od=f saving time when laying out a commissioned portrait. It is always preferable to do things freehand though and this should be the aim for everyone learning to draw.
