Its a beautiful day of strolling, the clouds are wonderful and along with the cold humid.

There is a festival here in Baguio City called PANAGBENGA FESTIVAL also known as THE FLOWER FESTIVAL. During the last week of February they close the main road in the city and put up stalls where tourists can buy food and other things . No cars are allowed to entey the road till the festival is done. This also serves as the beginning of the closing of the festival 🌸
