Love The Clouds Contest - Fiery Sunset

Hello friends. Here are a few shots I took of the late afternoon sky in our city. This was in the parking lot of one of the bigger malls in our place.

The building being constructed is across the street from the mall and is a 7 storey hotel / condominium complex.

This blazing sunset just captivated me and held me transfixed for a really long time. You see I always marvel at photographs I find in magazines and other publications depicting clouds in different shapes and colors and now it was just right in front of me. Can you imagine that? And the funny thing is there was practically no one looking at the sky. Everyone was just going about their business unmindful of the beauty unfolding above them. Except for one other person who saw me taking pictures of the horizon and who suddenly saw the spectacle and started to take pictures of it too.

Discovering beauty can sometimes be just a simple glance upward, would you agree?
