Enjoyed your writeup and learning more about the guy roasting the coffee beans. ☕️
So true about owning a pet. I would like to have a dog again but know it is a big commitment, especially when they are pups. I can see why you love roast beef dinner and yorkshire pudding. It is delicious and your mention of it reminds me to make the puddings next time I cook a beef roast.
