"The better things in life are less online and more offline..." This is SO true! I haven't heard it expressed quite that way before, but there is research that supports your statement. Many of us have read, at this point, how Facebook and social media in general makes people less happy. It is important to remember to get away from your screen and take a walk, connect with friends, etc.
