Loving oneself is one of the first fundamental steps in our life, which will make us love in a more transparent and sincere way to others.
Accepting and understanding what we are, implies realizing what our shortcomings are, discovering our skills, virtues and all those positive resources that we have. Admitting, in short, the whole that we conform from a global and profound perspective. In this way we approach unconditional love, as an act of compassion and understanding of what we are.
