How to art direct a metal band Part 6

The forth in line was "shub nigurat", also a character from Lovecraft. The idea behind it was to create a character that would have a monstrous, feminin feel to it. As you see from the sketch the face has some kind of vagina on it... Shub Nigurat is supposed the be the god of fertility.
