So within so within without

Today I remembered yet again there is nothing that exists outside of ourselves that isn't within us. Everything showing up in our experience that we judge or that triggers us is just our inner duality and conflict we haven't yet resolved and we want to avoid facing. Blaming anything outside of ourselves is just going to keep us on the perpetual merry go round of being a victim till we can own the triggers and heal the childhood wounds they are connected to. It is never about someone or something else outside of you, that charge is always connected to your own pain or trauma that has not been resolved. Nothing can exist outside of us as a trigger or charge that hasn't started within us. I had been walking this path and then yet again lost it. Sometimes it's so easy to lose yourself in the 3D and projecting is always easier than owning your shit and taking responsibility for your experience you are creating... what is within so without. Anything showing up in your experience you don't like is something you are not giving to yourself or haven't healed in yourself. Sometimes it's really damn hard to keep remembering that though lol 🤣
