The beautiful heart-shaped succulent plants bring love and green to your home; and, it can be an amazing gift for your lover!
Earlier today, I was browsing instagram, and noticed that many people are posting pictures of some heart-shaped cute little plants. It got my attention and I dug a little deeper. And now, I’m going to share with you what I’ve learned.
Apparently, the succulent plants have come to stay. Beautiful, cheap and easy to maintain, the heart-shaped succulents add a nice, special touch to any environment, and, the good news is, they don’t need much care; you’d just have to water them once in a week!
Recently, the Instagram is going nuts about these cute plants and more and as the time going by more people wanting to place them in their homes and offices. There are a number of companies are emerging to meet and take benefits of this new market demand.
Particularly, the heart-shaped “Hoya Kerrii” aka “Lucky-Heart”, which is originally from south-east Asia (mostly Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, South China, Vietnam), is the most popular one these days; and they are making massive success in instagram feeds of people from across the globe.
A British physician and botanist named Arthur Francis George Kerr is the plant’s eponymous collector. He collected its first specimen in 1910 or 11 on the Northern Thailand’s “Doi Suthep” mountain (at the altitude of 390 miles above the level of the sea).
In equity to their name, the plants have a beautiful heart-like shape which bring an even more romantic and delicate tough to your house. In addition, these plants can be an ideal gift for your lover!
