Morning Date - 4000 Days

How often do you date your wife or your loved ones? Yesterday, after we brought our son to school, my husband and I had a date at the beach lols. We had our short walk then we drank coffee. We talked about life, our future plans, about Steemit, our family and so on. We didn't rush to go home. It's important to have balance with life, job, family, friends, children etc. Time is the most precious gift, more important than anything. Once it's gone, it's gone. We cannot have it back. We took our time to have each other in a simple way. 

Take Time And Express Feelings
Routine can be really boring at times. The same everyday, morning till night. Self reflection, we all need this kind of talks in every relationship, just talk about anything, expressing self, saying sorry, saying thank you to each other and saying I love you are very important. It's healthy to talk about how things are going. My son sometimes would ask us "How are you Mama? What did you do today? Papa, how are you? Are you happy with your life? lols maybe he heard it when we were joking with each other. 

Celebrating 11 Years Of Marriage
This week we are celebrating our 11 years of marriage. That's more than 4,000 days!! Time flies. I feel like it was yesterday. Where did the time go? We are grateful for these years. I'm thankful for my supportive husband and son. Like I always say, they are my number one fans:) We accept our flaws and weaknesses. We always focus on our blessings, whether they are big or small.   

Lunch At Home
After our short walk. I prepared something for lunch, it was baked salmon, sauteed asparagus with olive oil, boiled white rice and salad. 

Afternoon Walk
In the afternoon after my son did his home work,  we went cycling. We stopped by at the chinese store  and bought things for school. Rimbie borrowed a book from the library. This time he chose "Narnia". It was windy, we stayed for a while at the beach and went home. 

Night Routine and Dinner
We  had bread and tea for dinner and mangoes for dessert. After we cleaned up, my son showered and continued to read his adventure book. 

Proud Rimbie
I just want to share, how proud we are that my son can prepare his breakfast himself. He usually likes cereals with yoghurt. Yesterday morning, he had a toast with a lot of peanut butter, jam and a cup of tea:):)
