WHEN LOVE GETS BITTER

About love being a beautiful thing is a popular saying. When two people are in love, they are blinded to taints in themselves. Oftentimes we possess the idea that “he or she will change” but I don’t really know if love is transformation or if its influence can be depended on.
I was once opportune to interact with this friend of mine very caring to a fault. Her only problem was that when she loved she does so crazily. She loved this guy that she could nearly do the impossible for. During their period of dating (cause its over between them now), she was dedicated to him to the extent of turning other advances from guys. It was almost like a lopsided relationship only that the guy was intimate with her though am not sure it’s enough to call it love. On many occasions she was stood up, disappointed and frustrated by this guy. As if that’s not okay he had the courage to make passes at her friend.

Enough of the bad moments I mean others in relationship enjoy theirs so how is her case different. If I didn’t know her I will say that there is something missing in the relationship. At the time we had this conversation at least she understood that she needed a break, the nutshell here was how to call it off. It’s not the matter of fighting for what you love but it’s about having your peace of mind. Where you are not happy in a relationship I don’t think it’s worth keeping. It’s simply complicating issues and your life. To cut the story short, she ended the relationship on a good basis as the kind hearted girl she is. As love that ends on a bad note have not yet ended I thought.
According to Arnold Bennett, love is a noble and sensuous passion absorbing the energies of the soul fulfilling destiny and reducing that which have gone before it to the level of a mere prelude. Life is too short so live each day to the fullest. Irrespective of all this it’s wise for us to know that love is an art, when you love you master the art of forgiveness.
