This quote means that everyone can easily say "MOVE-ON" on the things that might hurt you or the things in the past that you cannot get over with. But there are no exact process on how to move-on, meaning that the one who said to you to move-on doesn't even teach you in moving-on about certain things in life.

As the sun is about to hide
