What is Love

Happy Valentine's Steemians. Today is all about love, so lets talk about it...
What is Love?

• Is it the love you experience growing up with your parents?
• Is it the love you offer looking at your favorite boy or girl in class?
• Is it when you find the partner to spend our physical lives with.

Family loves you the most some people might say. Oh there's nothing stronger than a mothers love for her child. When we are younger we are made to believe that "because our parents love us and have been in this world longer than us they know what's best for us", but do they really?... They make decisions for you based on how they've imagined their perfect child (from learning musical instruments to private schools to fashion and some times even marriage).

Oh you love everything about her from her hair to her dress and the way she walks. You think you are in love but are you really? You hold her at utmost admiration. And when she doesn't feel the same way you feel depressed, you get confused, you question your worthiness. But if she likes you back then you're on top of the world.

She said "I do". You're going to live together. You have found love, but is it love really? You bring a few other people into this world and hold them as you point of appreciation. Control them and guide them to your idea of perfection. Now you feel satisfied you feel fulfilled but this is even if you get it right. Flames might burn out, feelings forgotten, vows broken, and then depression sets in and it's like high school heartbreaks all over again.
