Quantification of Love

What would it be like if love could be quantified and further be used as a social currency with inherent value tagged upon it?

Love as we all know is a feeling that arises when we feel attached to or be stimulated by observing or perceiving something or someone be it living or non-living . If somehow by using a combination of A.I and advanced neural algorithms we quantify this feeling in terms of data blocks we could give it value and it could be used as a social currency also it would reduce hatred around the world.
