The Light inside us all.

The power of love spreading from our hearts belongs to us and it is our duty to remind the world around us of our own potency. Recently I have felt an upwelling of pride for my community and the world around me and I write this as  reminder that we are all members of the same tribe, and to forget that is to forsake our power. 

There is a light growing inside us all, I can feel it with every breath I take, and every footfall moving forward echoing in the darkness. Driving home the urgent need to connect and create a better world for us all.  How do we do this? It sounds as simple as recognizing the light inside us. It feels like the world crushing down upon our shoulders. Our own personal Atlas if you will.  One act of kindness, one act of creation, one act of  authentic communication with a stranger. We are all strands of a web blowing in the fierce gale of corporate greed and societal oppression. If we are not careful we blow away drifting alone aimlessly on the wind across the desert of city scapes and concrete fields. If we bond together this web of man we can ride this storm together. 

Love yourself to love your neighbour. Only together can we weather this storm, and those to come.
