Meditation/Thought 1/5/2018
I realize as I go through my deconstruction from religion that I really don't have the universal answers to God. Whether it be salvation, eschatology, after-life, or anything else that I thought I knew with surety. What Im learning is its all based on personal reality, culture, experience, and relationship. Most of my belief was built on confidence in a book, and a lot of it never made sense, but I thought I would learn when God wanted me to. Now I think everything that didn't make sense was because it was against the true nature of God.
God=Love and anything requiring specific behavior as a condition to relationship with God is simply man made............
We have made many attempts to define God with books, and man made concepts, and yet we so many times are far from representing Love. I believe whether you call God Jesus or Universe as long as you seek with pure intentions to become the best you, and a person spreading love that God will meet you where ever you are and whatever your faith may be.....
Today I challenge you to love someone with a simple word of kindness, a smile, or a act of generosity....This is how we reveal God's character.....

Yeah, people do like to know. Unknown often causes irrational fear or anxiety in us so we made a frame with an old, bearded man inside it and said: 'This is God. Nothing to be freaking out about'. I agree with You, we must keep looking for an answer even though it seems impossible to comprehend who or what God/Universe truly is. One thing is certain - bounding ourselves to self-made frames won't bring us any closer to the ultimate answer.
I had the most amazing and intense experience of energy flowing from my belly tothe top of ny head about 9 months ago in my search to know God and it has changed ny view of everything....i believe the best understanding is explained in a kundalini awakening with all my chakras....This has led me to reconize God as pure Love outside of all religion, Jesus taught I AM, Christ Within he didnt want to be worshipped he wanted us to reconize our own divinity as sons and daughters if God.....
Very good interpretation of his words, can't agree more! I've never heard about kundalini aside from just googling it but I once had a similar feeling when listening to music. I'd describe it as... blinding, even though my eyes were closed. Anyway, that time I came to a similar conclusion as You. I'll wait to hear more of Your thoughts :)
