Love and hate

Someone said to me the other day they live their life without love and hate - these are 2 of the things you can't live without
You will always love something - children , family , friends, pets , lifestyle , hobbys the list can go on and on
You will always have something u hate - it's ok to hate things or people we all have dislikes
And sometimes we love to hate something and we hate to love something

We have to embrace both love and hate they can both be good they can both be evil

Yes there should be more love in the world but there seems to be more hate

People need to share the love more , smile at people , help people without expecting a reward , say hello to random people when you see them walking their dogs etc , hug people when you say goodbye

Make it your mission to make one person smile a day
if you make one person smile they will feel happy and hopefully pass on that smile :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
