TODAY IS A SPECIAL DAY
The smell of peach and apricot blossom makes the soul feel good. I want to write about today - a very special day!
An extremely busy day!
A day of checking, cleaning up
A tired day...
But also a great day!
At the end of working hours, my husband goes to the supermarket to buy eggs, flour, milk for baking. I started complaining that he bought too many things but actually feel very happy.
He reads the recipe for apple pie, and starts to look very clumsy. After about 1 hour "battle", apple cake has been formed and the results are great!
Although the cake is not standard but I still feel very delicious!
Almost 10 years together, our special days are usually so simple..
For me, just so is enough!

Ingredients and Method
4 egg recipes (circle diameter 18-21cm)
40gram cornmeal
40 grams of wholemeal flour
30 grams of cooking oil
15gram fresh milk without sugar - room temperature
4 chicken eggs (58-60 grams / whole fruit) - room temperature
80gram sugar
½ teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 small pinch of salt
1 apple
