I am not a man but I believe all these apply two way. Learning to communicate to each other is key in every relationship. One of the key pillars of a relationship foundation. Thank you for including examples from your life. We always learn better when there are proven scenarios than theoretical.
You're definitely right. This was a precursor for a course I was aiming at men. I'm very holistic in my approach and usually it can be applied to both men and women :)
