I think the African Americans should be more proactive and set up more business in their localities.This will enable create more jobs and increase the revenues and get enough money to sustain themselves. For example observe the other races in the u.s such as the Chinese, The Jews and even the Arabs they have established their own businesses and their kind buy from them.However the black race are always only interested in spending than creating businesses too.
In the nutshell I recommend that the blacks should be more entrepreneurial and establish more businesses to ensure that they also have a strong and equal voice in the governance of America.
