Be sad but get up

Depression is just chemicals imbalance in your brain and it is a choice. You choose to be depressed.

The person who is depressed choose to live in the past. They keep telling to themself same story all the time make sure to think again and again not let go of the resentment that someone made her/him like this. Blaming others constantly. That's their comfort zone. They only wants to play in there. Because they gain something from that. Self sabotaging pain is actually what they are comfortable for. So they choose to stay in there..dark, blame, resentment only exist so to make sure that the thought of I'm the victim vividly. If someone violate with positive advice such like "you shouldn't think like that anymore or shouldn't keep talking that to yourself" then the depressed person remove the positive person from their life. Because that is not comfortable to hear and make them feel not understood. They continuously choose to live in the PAST. so they never live present and never will live in the future either. They choose to live in the PAST not realising they are living in the past.

I can help anyone to get out of their depression within an hour. But ONLY if they DESIRE TO GET OUT OF the depression. I'm not a hypnotist I am a coach and this is not a magic. Depression is not a mental disorder it can be removed if the patient desire because we can control our brain what hormones to produce.

Our brain doesn't know what's true or false so it produce hormones depends on what we choose to think.

If you choose to think bad negative thoughts such as victimise yourself, blame, resentment, angery moment, keep remind the traumas in the past.. the brain will produce the stress hormone; cortisol and this hormone brings down your brain functionality by 40% to 50% within 7 minutes. You will be depressed all the time if you choose to produce this hormone all the time.

The hormone it will balance out the chemical level in the brain is happy hormones such as endorphins, dopamine and serotonin. Depends on what you think you can also manage these hormones come out. Your mindset is very very powerful. It removes depression by choosing how to think and what to focus.
