segment of the Internet bar tied a lot of people's hearts, "after age, drink all want to put a few wolfberry goblet." Health is nothing to replace, the simplest truth is the most easily overlooked, work hard day and night desperate only in exchange for the body overdraft.

One-third of life time, are spent in sleep. During this one-third of the time, the human immune system detoxifies; the small intestine begins to absorb nutrients in large quantities; the cells accelerate metabolism and the skin becomes healthy. It can be said that sleep largely determines the health of one third of our lives. Sleep is so important, but most people's sleep quality is not satisfactory, the heavy work-life pressure, increasingly lead to disorders of work and rest, modern life threatens. Watch out for long-term sleep problems that make you a candidate for "overwork". Young people are the largest capital of young people, but also the most easily squandered, and only healthy body can hold up their dreams.

Mr. Nan Huaijin said: "If you can control people in the morning, you can control your life. If a person can not even get up early, what do you expect him to do on this day?"

A productive and productive morning will change you, bringing you closer to your dreams

A more happy feeling

A new study by the University of Toronto in Canada found that young people and seniors are more active in early risers and feel better about themselves. Early morning bathing morning light may be a major reason for the ease of mind.

2 grades better

According to a University of Texas study published on the website of "Network Medical Doctors," a "Lark-typed" (early riser) college student scores a point higher than "Night owl-type" (upstairs) college students. Dr. Daniel Taylor, head of research, said that the "Lark-type" students had a more regular life, attended classes on time, learned more and did not have the health problems of staying up late.

  1. more energetic

The study found that early risers generally wake up faster and have more sober-mindedness, quicker access to activities requiring higher attention, less difficulty in sleepiness, and more energy.

4 am high efficiency

"Night owl" sleepy eyes when the early risers may have completed morning jog, breakfast, deal with a lot of things. For more challenging activities of the day, early risers are more likely to plan ahead and implement them in good time.

  1. work more seriously

A number of personality studies have found that those with strong sense of responsibility are more efficient, more organized, more focused and more concerned with details. Some studies have found that early risers are more alert and plan ahead of time to act more daringly.people-2991882__340.jpg

  1. Low risk of depression

The study found that people who love staying up late are more prone to depression. People accustomed to get up early work more organized, prepared, rarely panic, and thus less depression. Another big reason is that early risers adequate sleep, lack of sleep is also a major cause of depression.

  1. Be more kind-hearted

In 2013, a psychology study at the University of Sydney found that people who get used to getting up early usually get better. Few appear "dark three personality", that is, egocentric (narcissistic), adventurous and adventurous and ruthless (psychopaths), and good at lying like people playing on the palm of your hand.

Wake up is not an alarm clock, nor a dream, but to go to bed early the day before.

I kind of knew all of that but I need to remind myself over and over how important is for me to go to bed earlier.
While working at the computer, it is so easy to stay up too long and I am doing that way too often...

So am i too late to sleep as playing computer!
I also hope we can visit each other blogs often too.

Super, it looks like we will :-)

I think everyone has that problem with the computer and phone keeping them up. It's really important to get away from the computer and your phone. Not just for a few hours, but for two to three days. I backpack to specifically stay disconnected; backpacking rejuvenates my spirits.

I go camping, (of course not in winter) all by myself, no cell, nothing, except me and my dog.
